By accessing or using irpara.pt (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply whether you use the Service as a guest, as a registered user (if applicable), via an API (if applicable), or through any integration that points to irpara.pt.
irpara.pt provides URL shortening and related features such as redirection, link management, and basic analytics (where available). We do not control the destination websites you may reach through shortened links.
A shortened URL is simply a pointer. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee, or a certification of safety, accuracy, legality, or availability of the destination content.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree that:
You are responsible for all links you create and share through the Service.
You will keep your use lawful and respectful of others’ rights.
You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
You understand that redirection may fail, be delayed, or be blocked in some contexts (for example, by browsers, networks, or security tools).
You may not use irpara.pt to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate links that:
involve illegal activity, fraud, or deception;
lead to phishing, impersonation, scams, or social engineering;
distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, harmful code, or unwanted software;
promote spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive marketing tactics;
infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights;
contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that incites violence;
facilitate the sale or distribution of illegal goods/services;
attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, or restrictions.
We may also restrict use patterns that are clearly abusive (for example, automated creation at extreme volume, traffic laundering, or systematic attempts to evade detection systems).
To protect users and the public, we may (but are not required to):
monitor, flag, or review shortened links;
disable, suspend, or remove any shortened URL at any time;
block destinations, domains, keywords, or traffic sources;
require verification or additional information.
We may do this without notice when we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or to prevent harm.
If you believe a shortened link is abusive, illegal, or infringes rights, please contact us at [support@irpara.pt] with:
the shortened URL,
the reason for the report,
any supporting evidence.
We aim to act promptly, but response times can vary.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. In general, we may collect and process technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the Service, including:
IP address, user agent, timestamps,
referrer data (where available),
aggregated click and performance metrics,
abuse signals and security logs.
We may retain data as required for operational needs, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
We try to keep irpara.pt stable and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, link formats, redirection rules, or analytics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Load Aspas Aspas, Lda. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your use of the Service,
the links you create or share,
